amazing stay, a guest's perspective
underground parking comfortable bed
the underground parking was very useful. i also found the beds comfortable. the kitchenette in my bedroom proved highly convenient. i appreciated the peacefulness.
i noticed the room could not be made completely dark. the blinds do not close hermetically. light entered the room, so sleeping was a little difficult.

the room design was modern and clean. the room included build-in speakers to play music. the rewe shop is just behind the corner, a cafe and indian restaurant are on site, which i found helpful. the room was quiet.

the staff was very helpful . they provided assistance with directions to the town center after a train and bus strike. i needed to print out tour tickets and the staff assisted willingly. the reception's response was really good.

washing facilities were available downstairs for convenient use. the mini shop was very handy for small needs. the hotel location allows easy access to public transport. it was easy to get around and there are many good restaurants nearby.

lovely room and great location
great location supportive staff clean accommodation
the location is great, public transportation is near. great shopping is available. the staff is very supportive. accommodation is clean and very comfortable.
the beds are very small for a couple. the pillows are also very uncomfortable. i asked for firmer pillows at the reception but they did not have any available.
